Emma Thomas

Director

Emma is the Director of the company, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including strategic direction, financial management, and the continued growth of the property portfolio.

Emma began her career at NatWest Bank before gaining a diploma in Residential Lettings and Property Management, which she completed while working within the family property business, building her experience and knowledge of the sector.

Tenant Liaison Manager

Max is the Tenant Liaison Manager, responsible for managing tenant relationships across the portfolio. He acts as the main point of contact for tenants, handling day-to-day enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high standard of communication and service is maintained.

Previously, Max worked in the lettings sector, with a particular focus on the Canary Wharf area of London. In this role, he supported both landlords and tenants throughout the entire rental process, including marketing properties, conducting viewings, negotiating tenancy agreements, and coordinating move-ins. 

His experience in the Canary Wharf market allowed him to gain valuable insight into London’s premium rental sector while building a reputation for reliability, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Property Portfolio Manager

JJ is the Property Portfolio Manager, based in the company’s London office in Chancery Lane. He oversees the day-to-day operation of the portfolio, including lease management, maintenance coordination, property inspections, and all administrative processes, ensuring that every property is managed efficiently and to a high standard.

JJ studied Law at the University of Sussex before completing his Master’s at the University of Liverpool in 2018. He began his career in the legal sector, working at a criminal defence firm, before making the switch to property in 2020 after completing his Propertymark Level 3 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management.
